Ingredients needed:
Tarts:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup plain flour
- 50g salted butter*
* if you have unsalted butter just add a pinch of salt
Cream cheese filling:
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
Tarts:
1. Add in all the ingredients except the flour. |

2. Mix everything well over the stove. |

3. Add in the flour. |

4. Mix well with an electrical beater or by hands. |

5. Slowly knead it into a dough. |

6. Wrap in plastic warp an chill in the fridge for around 30 mintues. |

7. Cut the dough bigger than the tart mould. |
8. Place the dough into the mould. |
9. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. |
Cream cheese filling
1. Whip the whipping cream. |
