Ingredients (makes 16 small to medium cupcakes)
- 100g self-rising flour
- 25g milo or any other malt powder
- 125g sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 125g butter
- 2 eggs
- 23g milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar together, add in the eggs, vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add the flour, malt powder, baking powder and mix it well together
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, add in the milk and mix to combine.
- Pre heat oven to 170༠C
- Put the mixture into the cupcake liners.
- Bake the cupcake for 22 minutes.

Bake at 170༠C for 22 minutes |
