Bear Pancake

Hello everybody!!!! It has been so long since I last blogged, as I was busy with school works and of cause examinations. Today I am sharing with you all a pancake recipe that is super delicious and easy to make, you can make it for breakfast or maybe brunch. You can make this pancake for you mum and surprise her one day.

The ingredients needed can be easily found at grocery store.

Ingredients:
- 80g sugar
- 1tbsp honey
- 2 eggs
- 130g cake flour

Instructions:
1. Crack and beat the egg lightly
2. Add in the honey and sugar and beat for 3 minutes until the mixture thicken
3. Sift the flour into the mixture and mix well and get rid of any lumps
4. Place a plastic wrap over the bowl and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, check the consistency if it is too thick add 1 tablespoon of water at a time and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
6. Heat the bear pan and oil the pan with oil.
7. Scoop in the mixture into the pan and wait for bubbles to appear on the mixture to flip it over.

Note:
- The fire need to be small so that the pancake would not be burnt
- Remember to oil the pan after every pancake so that the face of the bear could be seen clearly
- It takes about 3 minutes to cook each side but keep your eye on them

I bought the bear pan at Daiso, they also have other different designs like frog and pig.

Lastly, hope you would try it out and hope it will be tasty too. You can also check out my youtube channel on how to make this pancake at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Or24-RkdTQQ
