Pizza!!!!!

Hey there!!! Now I am going to blog about the pizza recipe that you can make easily. It was super tasty and even though I reheat it in a toaster oven the next day it still taste so fantastic. I even think it was better overnight. You can change the filling to what ever you want to suit your own preference. I cooked the fillings that I wanted in tomato pasta sauce so that the dough of the pizza would not be over cooked while the fillings are undercooked. You can make this with your friends or family and have it for lunch or dinner!!

Ingredients:
- 150g self-rising flour
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil (or normal oil if you don't have)
- 75~85ml of warm water.

Instructions:
1. Add the self-rising flour, salt, sugar and olive oil into a bowl and mix well with your hands until it form a dough.
2. Continue to knead the dough until slightly soft then wrap with plastic wrap then let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
3. Cut your fillings and cooked them in tomato pasta sauce.
4. Roll out the dough and put the filling on the dough.
5. Sprinkle cheese on the pizza.
6. Cook the pizza in a pan for about 15~20 minutes until the dough is cooked.
And you are done!!!!!!!!!

6. Heat the bear pan and oil the pan with oil.
7. Scoop in the mixture into the pan and wait for bubbles to appear on the mixture to flip it over.

Note:
- The fire need to be small so that the pancake would not be burnt
- Remember to oil the pan after every pancake so that the face of the bear could be seen clearly
- It takes about 3 minutes to cook each side but keep your eye on them

I bought the bear pan at Daiso, they also have other different designs like frog and pig.
