Banana Muffins

     Today i am going to share with you a banana muffins recipe that i learn form my school F&N in sec1. The recipe is quite simple and only few ingredients are needed so let's get started.

Ingredients:
- 75g Sugar
- 100g Self-rising flour
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 Egg

Directions:
1. Melt the butter
2. When the butter has cooled, add in the egg and vanilla essence mix well
3. Sift in the flour and add in the sugar and mix them together
4. Mash the banana with a fork and add in to the mixture
5. Put them into the moulds, 3/4 filled
6. For baked version, Pre-heat the oven to 200'c and put in the mixture and bake for 10~15 minutes.
    For non-baked version, Steam the mixture for around 15 minutes.

Tip: When you put a skewer into the muffins and it come out clean, it is done.

Garfield Run

Hey there, i'm back after a long time. On 19 July, a saturday i went for the Garfield Run with my family and we participated in the 3km fun run, it was my first time going for this type of event. And i must say that it is really fun!!!!! I really enjoy myself there as there were many things there for you to do, they have some frames there where you can stand there and take a picture then you can go to the booth and print your picture. All you have to do is to upload your picture to Instagram and then hashtag #Garfieldrunsingapore and they would print your photo on a super cute Polaroid for just $2. They also have a Milo truck there with free flow of milo, i totally enjoy the cold milo they offer,  i mean who don't like a cup of cold milo on a hot day?

     They also have different booths introducing their products and also an jumping castle for younger children. The medals given after the race was so cute, it was super adorable and the couple race medal was super nice as well.  At around 7pm, at the stage there was live band and singers singing different songs to entertain the people there, their vocals were stunning. I can't wait to join Garfield run again next year. Bye bye....
